Unfurl @ Manchester Jazz Festival

Unfurl achieve their own unique melange of styles, in this faith­ful blend of Indian tra­di­tion­al music and Jazz. Con­jur­ing express­ive music­al images inspired by the earth and nature, they take the listen­er on a sub­lime, uplift­ing jour­ney. The band craft folky melod­ies that sit atop a rhythmic bed of the cross-rhythms and syn­co­pa­tions of the Indian sub­con­tin­ent. For our final Beat the Jams of the season, they will be show­cas­ing music from their latest record Sleep­ing Giants.
